Project Design and Manufacturing of a Hanging Chair

On the basis of the existing matrix, manufacture of the product that could be used as a suspended one. Implementation: Due to the fact that the ball chair has a large weight - 59 kg, it was necessary to think over a mounting that would withstand the load of the ball itself and the people sitting in it. After several weight tests, the mounting was developed and built into the product. After manufacturing and painting, the ball chair was additionally reinforced with polyurethane foam and upholstered.
